‘Boro Kabob puts Middle Eastern food items on the desk in Murfreesboro

For a little downtown area, Murfreesboro has a great wide range of cuisines. 

‘Boro Kabob, newly opened at 306 W. Vine St., matches proper into the mix, bringing Center Japanese and Mediterranean delicacies to the table. You will locate hummus, grape leaves as perfectly as charbroiled meats and even Turkish espresso and baklava.

The cafe is owned and operated by the Abuzahra relatives. But the culinary credit goes to Fatima Abuzahra, whose recipes make up the menu. But she’s joined by her partner and sons: Moayad, Kyle and Salem.

“My mother used to cater from house and her food’s genuinely excellent,” said 18-year-old Kyle Abuzahra, who lately graduated from Siegel Superior Faculty with his twin, Salem. “She figured out from her mom and then started supplying her individual twist and designed up her have recipes.”
