Most of the dishes I picked were seafood, commencing with sardines and pil pil sauce, and then going on to seafood ceviche and grilled octopus. Before the dishes arrived, I was served their home bread accompanied by scrumptious Spanish Acanto Botanikal olive oil, alongside with Agua de Benassal pure mineral h2o.The wine record is impressive with 230 unique versions, mainly Spanish.
The wines are very carefully selected to match the grilled dishes. It is really lovely to see lesser-recognised but however superior-top quality wines presented by the glass. For these not common with Spanish wines, the residence sommelier can make recommendations centered on what you’re feeding on and your choices.
