WSU Tech launches initial entire-scale culinary arts diploma program

With far more than 100,000 workers doing the job in having and consuming establishments all over Kansas, courses to coach these individuals are gaining momentum even with the pandemic.

Starting off this fall, WSU Tech begins its first entire-scale culinary arts diploma plan. The affiliate degree track will teach a assortment of chefs — from these heading off to cook at restaurants or place golf equipment to individuals who want to turn into line cooks, administrators or customers.

Culinary Institute of America alumni Lexi and John Michael, who achieved at the institute, will direct this newly built software. The two Lexi and John have labored during the U.S. at dining establishments, nation golf equipment and vineyards. They also have experience in instruction.
